党的十八届五中全会提出了“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念,这是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的最新理论成果,集中反映了我们党对经济社会发展规律认识的深化。铁路是国家重要基础设施、国民经济大动脉、大众化交通工具和重要的民生工程,如何以新的发展理念引领新的发展实践,是摆在铁路企业各级组织和广大干部职工面前的一项重大任务。近期,中国铁路总公司宣传部和铁道党校组织铁路理论专家库成员,就此进行了深入研讨,现摘登部分成果,以飨读者。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the five major development concepts of “innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing”, which is the latest theoretical result of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and concentrating on our party’s understanding of economic and social development Deepening understanding of laws. The railway is an important national infrastructure, a major artery of the national economy, popular means of transport and an important project of people’s livelihood. How to lead the new development practice with a new development concept is a major task confronting organizations at all levels of railway enterprises and cadres and workers . Recently, the Propaganda Department of China Railway Corporation and the members of the Railway Theory Expert Group of the Railway Party School organized an in-depth discussion on the issue. Some of them are now on the books to readers.
