目的：初步探讨缺氧预适应形成机制。方法：滴定法测定在缺氧预适应形成中脑组织PLA2活性的变化。结果：次缺氧组比正常对照组PLA2活性明显提高；4次缺氧组与1次缺氧组比明显下降，结论：脑组织细胞PLA2活性降低，促进了缺氧预适应的形成。
Objective: To investigate the formation mechanism of hypoxic preconditioning. Methods: The changes of PLA2 activity in brain tissue during hypoxia preconditioning were determined by titration. Results: The activity of PLA2 in hypoxic group was significantly higher than that in normal control group. The ratio of 4-hypoxic group and hypoxic group was significantly decreased. Conclusion: The PLA2 activity in brain tissue decreased, which promoted the formation of hypoxic preconditioning.
