新疆油田七中区聚合物/表面活性剂(SP)二元复合驱采出水的矿化度接近8 000mg/L,偏碱性,钙离子含量较高,为重碳酸钠型水。采用规模为1 m~3/h的“高铁酸钾氧化+板式浸泡膜过滤”试验装置处理SP二元复合驱油田采出水,装置出水悬浮物≤5 mg/L、含油<20 mg/L、聚合物≤20 mg/L,出水水质达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T 5329—2012),对悬浮物、油、聚合物的去除率分别超过90%、80%和90%。
The mineralization degree of the polymer / surfactant (ASP) composite flooding produced in the seven middle areas of Xinjiang Oilfield is close to 8 000 mg / L, with a slightly alkaline and high calcium ion content and is sodium bicarbonate water. The produced water was treated with SP binary composite flooding field with a scale of 1 m ~ 3 / h using the “potassium ferrate oxidation + plate soaking membrane filtration” test device. The effluent suspended solids ≤5 mg / L and oil <20 mg / L, the polymer ≤20 mg / L, the effluent quality reaches the recommended index and analytical method of water quality of clastic reservoir (SY / T 5329-2012), the removal rate of suspended solids, oil and polymer exceed 90 %, 80% and 90%.
