为了观察不同缝合材料对神径移植后微血管再生的影响,本实验以健康成年家兔为对象,人工制造0.8cm的下齿槽神经缺损,用自体耳大神经行缺损修复,吻合区缝线采用聚乙醇酸线(PGA)和尼龙线。分别于术后1、2、4、6、8、10、12周通过微血管造影方法比较两者的修复效果。结果表明在促进移植神经内微血管的再生和改建方面,PGA显微缝线明显优于尼龙线。这一结果对于选择缝合材料,提高神经移植的手术效果有重要的参考价值。
In order to observe the effect of different suture material on the regeneration of microvascular after transplantation, the experimental adult rabbits as the object, artificial 0.8cm lower alveolar nerve defects, autologous auricular nerve defect repair, anastomosis suture Polyglycolic acid (PGA) and nylon thread. At 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks after operation, the effect of the two methods was compared by micro-angiography. The results showed that the microscopic suture of PGA was significantly better than that of nylon in promoting the regeneration and reconstruction of microvascular in transplanted nerve. This result for the selection of suture materials, improve the effect of nerve transplantation surgery has important reference value.
