中国石油前郭石化分公司15×104t/a催化重整装置系搬迁原吉林石化分公司催化重整装置,装置主体是利旧设备,预加氢481-3催化剂和催化重整R-56催化剂均是利旧催化剂。2种催化剂于2003年10月进行器外再生,并于2005年1月1次开车成功。装置平稳操作2个月后,进行了生产标定。从标定结果看,抚顺石油化工研究院研制开发的481-3预加氢催化剂和美国UOP公司的R-56催化剂性能较好,能够满足生产要求。
The 15 × 104t / a catalytic reforming unit of PetroChina Guoqin Petrochemical Company was relocated to the former catalytic reforming unit of Jilin Petrochemical Branch Company. The main equipment of the unit is the old equipment, pre-hydrogenation 481-3 catalyst and R-56 catalytic reforming Are old catalysts. Two kinds of catalysts were regenerated from the outside of the unit in October 2003, and they were drove successfully in January 2005. After 2 months of steady operation of the device, production calibration was carried out. From the calibration results, Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute developed 481-3 pre-hydrogenation catalyst and the United States UOP’s R-56 catalyst performance is better, to meet the production requirements.
