研究分析了中成药颗粒中重金属的含量及其受污染情况。使用湿法消解法处理中药冲剂，石墨炉原子吸收法检测铅和镉，铜，原子荧光法检测汞，砷。结果显示，样品预处理方式合理，检测方法准确可靠。检测结果说明不同企业生产的中成药颗粒重金属的含量存在差异，检测的中药颗粒中重金属含量均末超过国家标准。“,”The heavy metal contents and contamination of Chinese medicine granule were analyzed.The wine samples were prepared by wet digesting method.Three metal elements including copper,pb and copper were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,while We also determined the contents of Hg and As with atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that the sample pretreatment method was reasonable and the testing methods were precise and reliable.The results also indicated that the heavy metal content of Chinese medicine granule from dif erent plants were dif erent.
