2009年11月,安徽省颁布了《关于基层医药卫生体制综合改革试点的实施意见》,拉开了基层医药卫生体制综合改革的序幕。2010年1月15日,召开全省加快推进基层医药卫生体制综合改革试点工作电视电话会议,通报全省基层医药卫生体制综合改革试点工作进展情况,进一步明确下一步工作方向。安徽省委常委、常务副省长孙志刚出席会议并作了重要讲话,充分肯定了基层医改试点工作取得的成绩,并指出要统筹兼顾,突出重点,确保基层医药卫生体制顺利转型。现择要刊发,以供读者参阅。
In November 2009, Anhui Province promulgated the Opinions on the Implementation of Pilot Reform Projects for Grassroots Health and Medicine System and opened the prelude to the comprehensive reform of grassroots medical and health system. January 15, 2010, held the province to speed up the pilot reform of grass-roots medical and health system pilot work teleconference, informed of the province’s grassroots comprehensive reform of medical and health system pilot progress, and further clarify the direction of the next step. Sun Zhigang, member of Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial Party Committee and executive vice governor of Anhui Province, attended the meeting and made an important speech. It fully affirmed the achievements made in the pilot work of grassroots medical reform and pointed out that we should make overall plans and give prominence to the key points so as to ensure the smooth transition of grassroots medical and health systems.
