随着我国经济社会形势的不断发展,高职院校人才培养目标也需要不断做出调整,以持续推进院校建设和人才质量提升。新形势下如何完善和深化校企合作这种人才培养模式成为高职院校、企业和政府的一个重大课题。对此,文章从当前校企合作中存在的问题入手,剖析了导致这些问题产生的原因,提出了新形势下完善和深化校企合作的对策。
With the continuous development of economy and society in our country, the goal of personnel training in higher vocational colleges also needs to be constantly adjusted so as to continuously promote the construction of colleges and universities and the improvement of the quality of qualified personnel. Under the new situation, how to improve and deepen the school-enterprise cooperation training mode has become a major issue for higher vocational colleges, enterprises and the government. In this regard, the article starts with the existing problems in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward the countermeasures to improve and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises under the new situation.
