蔬菜作为日常生活的主要食品,其农药残留等质量安全等直接关系到广大消费者的身心健康。笔者经过从事多年的农产品质量安全工作,对贵州省毕节市蔬菜农药残留现状和检测技术概况,进行全面系统的分析、总结,摸清毕节市农药残留现状和检测技术概况,为更好的做好农产品质量安全工作,确保广大消费者身心健康提供必要的理论和实践依据。
