目的:观察补脾益肠丸联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将98例腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃虚弱证患者随机分为2组,对照组48例口服酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗,观察组50例则以补脾益肠丸联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗,2组疗程均为4周。比较2组的临床疗效,治疗前后评定症状体征积分与检测胃肠激素胃肠肽(VIP)、酪神经肽(NPY)水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率92.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组腹泻次数、腹痛、大便性状3项积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组3项积分值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组VIP水平均较治疗前降低,NPY水平均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VIP水平低于对照组,NPY水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补脾益肠丸联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征效果显著,可更好地改善临床症状,并调节胃肠激素。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bupi Yichang Pill combined with Clostridium butyricum viable capsule in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: 98 cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients with spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in the control group were treated with Clostridium butyricum viable capsule, 50 cases in the observation group were treated with Bupi Yichang pills combined with Clostridium butyricum Live bacteria capsule treatment, two groups of treatment are 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared. The scores of symptoms and signs and the levels of gastrointestinal peptide (VIP) and the neuropeptide (NPY) were measured before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than that in control group (75.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of diarrhea, abdominal pain and stool in 2 groups were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The three integrals in observation group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of VIP in two groups were lower than those before treatment, while the levels of NPY in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). The VIP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the NPY level was higher than that in the control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bupi Yichang Pills combined with Clostridium butyricum viable capsule treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome can significantly improve clinical symptoms and regulate gastrointestinal hormones.
