近代撒拉族社会与地方政府关系的研究属于政治社会史的范畴,对这一问题进行关注不仅为研究我国近代民族政策提供了独特的视角,拓宽了撒拉族社会的研究领域,并且对于我国民族政策的制定及少数民族地区的有效管理,对于我国中央与地方行政机构权力的分配具有一定的借鉴作用。本文以历史阶段为界限,分别叙述并分析晚清以前、晚清时期及民国时期撒拉族社会与地方政府的关系,并对各个阶段二者的关系进行比较,分析其异同。
The research on the relationship between modern Salar society and local government belong to the category of political and social history. To pay attention to this issue not only provides a unique perspective for the study of our country’s modern national policy, broadens the research field of Salar society, And the effective management of ethnic minority areas have certain reference for the distribution of power among the central and local administrative bodies in our country. Based on the historical stage, this paper narrates and analyzes the relationship between the Salar society and the local government before the late Qing Dynasty, the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China separately. It also compares the relations between the two stages and analyzes the similarities and differences.
