针对柴油机气缸套的热负荷问题,在不同工况下采用热电偶法实测了4100QBZL柴油机湿式气缸套内壁面关键点的温度值,分析了气缸套的工作温度随发动机转速以及负荷的变化关系及其温度分布的特点。试验结果表明:各缸温度值随着负荷与转速的增加而增加,其中第3缸测点温度高于其它3缸温度;在最大转矩工况下气缸套的工作温度最高达120.2℃,位于在3缸气缸套内壁面的上部。
According to the thermal load of diesel engine cylinder liner, the temperature of key points on the inner wall of 4100QBZL diesel cylinder liner was measured by thermocouple method in different working conditions. The relationship between cylinder liner working temperature and engine speed and load was analyzed. Temperature distribution characteristics. The experimental results show that the temperature of each cylinder increases with the increase of load and rotation speed.
