目的:本研究观察了大鼠阴茎海绵体感觉传入纤维在脊髓中的终止部位。方法:将麦芽凝集素-辣根过氧化物酶(WGR-HRP)注入大鼠阴茎海绵体,示踪阴茎海绵体感觉神经元及其纤维分别在脊神经节和脊髓中的分布。结果:标记神经元出现在胸12-腰2和腰5-骶1脊神经节内。标记神经纤维出现在胸13-腰1和腰5-6脊髓横切面两侧,主要集中于后角I-II层,少量可见于中间带外侧核。免疫电镜观察证实,WGR-HRP示踪标记神经纤维与脊髓P物质神经纤维存在突触联系。结论:大鼠阴茎海绵体感觉神经纤维终止在脊髓的胸、腰段浅层,与脊髓P物质神经纤维形成突触联系。
OBJECTIVE: This study examined the termination of the sensory afferent fibers of the rat penis in the spinal cord. Methods: WGR-HRP was injected into rat corpus cavernosum to observe the distribution of sensory neurons and their fibers in corpus spongy and spinal cord respectively. RESULTS: The labeled neurons appeared in the thoracic 12-lumbar 2 and lumbosacral-1 spinal ganglia. The labeled nerve fibers appeared on the thoracic 13-lumbar 1 and lumbar 5-6 spinal cord cross-sections, mainly in the posterior horn I-II layer, a small amount visible in the medial lateral ventricle. Immuno-electron microscopy confirmed that WGR-HRP tracer-labeled nerve fibers and spinal cord substance P nerve fibers synaptic contact. CONCLUSION: The sensory nerve fibers of the penis of corpus cavernosum terminate in the superficial layers of the thoracic and lumbar regions of the spinal cord and form synaptic connections with the substance P in the spinal cord.
