以转学教育和职业教育为主的美国社区学院,在高等教育大众化、普及化的历史进程中发挥了重要作用。发达的职业教育使自然资源十分匮乏的内陆小国瑞士成为世界上公认的经济最繁荣的国家之一。美国和瑞士的职业教育适应经济和社会对高层次、高学历人才的需求,均对学生授予学士及以上学位。此举改善和提升了职业教育的办学层次、自身形象和社会地位。以美国和瑞士为典型代表的欧美对高等职业教育的学位授予,对我国的高等职业教育提供了有益的启示。江苏省高等教育学会2009年度高等教育研究规划课题“工作过程导向课程的质量标准研究与实践(ZZKT09010)”的阶段性研究成果之一
The American community college, which focuses on transfer education and vocational education, has played an important role in the historical process of the popularization and popularization of higher education. Well-developed vocational education has made Switzerland, one of the most economically prosperous countries in the world, a landlocked small country where natural resources are scarce. Vocational education in the United States and Switzerland has accrued bachelor’s degrees and above to students for their economic and social needs for high-level and highly educated personnel.
