目的观察中药补肾活血促排卵汤结合西药克罗米芬及HCG促排卵治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)疗效。方法将入选病例按随机、对照的原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组为克罗米芬加HCG组;治疗组在上组用药基础上加用补肾活血促排卵汤,以3个月经周期为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察两组排卵率及妊娠率。结果两组间排卵率和妊娠率经2χ检验差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合能有效地治疗LUFS,从而提高排卵率及妊娠率。
Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Ovulation Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate and HCG ovulation in treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS). Methods The selected cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was clomiphene HCG group; the treatment group was treated with the Bushen Huoxue Ovulation Decoction on the basis of the above groups, with 3 menstrual cycles as one course of treatment. After one course of treatment, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups were observed. Results Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups by 2χ test differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively treat LUFS, thereby increasing the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
