国家高技术研究发展计划(八六三计划)选择了生物技术、航天技术、信息技术、激光技术、自动化技术、能源技术和新材料作为七个优先发展的领域。国家科委负责生物、信息、自动化、能源和新材料五个领域计十一个主题的组织实施。领域设专家委员会,主题设专家组,充分发挥专家在八六三计划中的咨询、评议、指导和技术决策管理作用。为使社会各界了解八六三计划各领域专家委员会(组)情况,从本期起,先介绍生物技术领域专家委员会(组)成员概况,以后将分期分批刊登其它领域专家的简介。生物技术领域有三个主题:高产、优质和抗逆动植物新品种(101主题);新型药物、疫苗和基因治疗(102主题)及蛋白质工程(103主题)。1987年第一届生物技术领域专家委员
National Hi-Tech Research and Development Program (863 Program) selected seven priority areas of biotechnology, space technology, information technology, laser technology, automation technology, energy technology and new materials. State Science and Technology Commission is responsible for biological, information, automation, energy and new materials in five fields, including the implementation of 11 topics. Expert committee set up in the field, the theme of the expert group, give full play to experts in the eight six three plan consultation, appraisal, guidance and technical decision-making management. In order to help all sectors of society understand the expert committees (groups) in various fields of the 833 Plan, starting from this issue, we will introduce the profiles of members of the biotechnical expert committees (groups) and publish briefs of experts in other fields in phases. There are three main themes in the field of biotechnology: new varieties of high yield, good quality and anti-infective plants (theme 101); new drugs, vaccines and gene therapy (theme 102) and protein engineering (theme 103).
