我国已进入经济高速发展的科技时代,竞争的日益加剧对于高素质人才的需求量越来越大,也越来越迫切。国有企业要想在竞争这般激烈的环境中取得进一步发展,势必得拥有一批高文化素养的优质人才。笔者就这一社会形势下企业发展所存在的问题及企业工作人员所需要具备的能力及整改方向为出发点,展开论述。
China has entered the era of rapid economic development and the competition is getting more and more intense. As the demand for high-quality personnel is getting larger and larger, it is also increasingly urgent. In order to achieve further development in an environment of fierce competition, state-owned enterprises will inevitably have a large number of qualified personnel of high cultural attainment. The author of this social situation in the development of enterprises and the problems existing in the enterprise staff need to have the ability and direction of reform as a starting point, to start the discussion.
