社会主义市场经济体制的确立,给我国医药市场带来了活力,医药营销竞争异常激烈,促销手段各异。因此,一些不法分子乘虚而入。伪劣药品充斥市场,以诱人的回扣,使少数医务人员见利忘义,不择手段,舍优求劣,给医院的经济收益和病人的用药安全带来了不同程度的影响。为杜绝这一不良倾向,确保医院的利益和病人的利益不受损害,我院采取了一系列措施,加强药品采购的专项治理,取得了较好的成效,具体做法是:
