目的:综述天然植物止痛药帕歌斯临床治疗骨性关节炎、类风湿关节炎及各种疼痛的效果和安全性,为临床合理选择药物提供依据。方法:通过计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库,收集帕歌斯治疗关节炎的临床研究资料。结果:共纳入18篇临床治疗试验文献。分析显示,帕歌斯治疗骨性关节炎、类风湿性关节及各种疼痛效果良好,不良反应少。结论:帕歌斯治疗关节炎疗效肯定,无明显不良反应,值得临床应用。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the effect and safety of the natural plant painkiller Pagos in the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and various pains, and to provide a basis for clinical rational choice of drugs. Methods: The computerized Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM) and Chinese periodical full-text database were used to collect the clinical research data on the treatment of arthritis in Parkes. Results: A total of 18 clinical trials were included. Analysis shows that the treatment of osteoarthritis Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and various pains with good adverse reactions. Conclusion: The treatment of arthritis by Bagus with definite efficacy and no obvious adverse reactions is worthy of clinical application.
