规模盛大的全国科学大会,在英明领袖华主席为首的党中央直接领导下,完成了它的各项任务,在洋溢着革命热情、求实精神和团结战斗的气氛中,胜利闭幕了。华主席、邓付主席在大会上作了极其重要的讲话,方毅付总理作了重要报告,受到了全体代表的热烈拥护。叶付主席专门为科学大会写了气势磅礴的诗篇。这次大会,不但鼓午着广大科学技术工作者,而且吸引着全国各族人民,与之息息相通。它的重大意义,远远超出了科学技术战线,对整个建设社会主义现代化强国的事业,都将产生巨大而深远的影响。我们热烈欢呼这次大会的元满成功!
Under the direct leadership of the party Central Committee led by Chairman Hua, the wise leader, the grand National Science Congress completed its various tasks and ended its victory in a climate of revolutionary passion, truth-seeking spirit and unity and fighting. Chairman Hua and President Deng paid an extremely important speech at the meeting. Fang Yi paid an important report to the Prime Minister and was warmly supported by all the representatives.
