[目的]了解乌鲁木齐市米东区保健服务开展情况,总结经验,促进今后的工作。[方法]对乌鲁木齐市米东区2010年10月至2011年9月(以下简称2011年)7岁以下儿童保健相关资料进行分析。[结果]2011年全区新生儿死亡率为0.98‰,婴儿死亡率为2.95‰,5岁以下儿童死亡率为3.93‰;3岁以下儿童系统管理率为86.41%,7岁以下儿童保健覆盖率为91.67%;5岁以下儿童的中重度营养不良患病率为2.71%,中重度贫血患病率为0.87%。城区托幼儿童营养不良患病率为1.62%,中重度贫血患病率为0.06%,肥胖患病率为6.83%,乳牙龋患率为24.94%。[结论]米东区7岁以下儿童保健工作取得明显成绩,儿童常见病患病率较低。
[Objective] To understand the situation of health services in Midong District of Urumqi, summarize the experience and promote the future work. [Methods] The health-related data of children under 7 years old in Midong District, Urumqi from October 2010 to September 2011 (hereinafter referred to as 2011) were analyzed. [Results] The neonatal mortality rate was 0.98 ‰ in 2011, the infant mortality rate was 2.95 ‰, the mortality rate for children under 5 years old was 3.93 ‰, and the rate of system management for children under 3 years old was 86.41%. The coverage rate of children under 7 years of age Was 91.67%. The prevalence of moderate to severe malnutrition in children under 5 years old was 2.71%, and the prevalence of moderate to severe anemia was 0.87%. The prevalence rate of undernutrition among children in urban areas was 1.62%, the prevalence of moderate and severe anemia was 0.06%, the prevalence of obesity was 6.83%, and the rate of deciduous caries was 24.94%. [Conclusion] The health care of children under 7 years of age in Midong has achieved remarkable results, and the prevalence of common diseases in children is low.
