在pH=8.84的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O缓冲溶液中,酪氨酸能够吸附在玻璃电极表面.当阳极溶出时,会产生一个灵敏的氧化峰,其峰电流和酪氨酸的浓度在1.0×10-5~8.0×10-8mol/L范围内成线性关系,最小检出限可达1.0×10-8mol/L.本文研究了电极反应机理,找出了测定酪氨酸的最佳实验条件,建立了测定酪氨酸的灵敏的分析方法
In NH4Cl-NH3 · H2O buffer solution of pH = 8.84, tyrosine can adsorb on the surface of glass electrode.
