中等职业学校德育教师通过说课活动,促进教师更好地掌握教学的有关理论,进一步剖析大纲、研读教材,提高教师针对学情,合理选择教法、学法的实际教学能力,锻炼教师的口头表达能力以及逻辑思维能力,进而全面提高中职学校教师的教学质量。它也是教师间进行教学交流和教学探讨的一种新的教学研究形式。通过具体说课稿实例,剖析教学设计及其理论依据,仅供广大德育教师参考。
