目的了解贵州省三穗县乡、村卫生队伍现状。方法 2010年8月对贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州三穗县10个乡镇卫生院和123个村卫生室卫生人员共213人进行问卷调查。结果平均每乡镇卫生院人员8.4人,每千农业人口乡镇卫生院人员0.43人,每村乡村医生和卫生员0.74人,每千农业人口乡村医生和卫生员0.66人,明显低于贵州省平均水平;乡镇卫生院人员执业助理医师占58.9%,执业医师占20.2%,注册护士占16.7%,药剂人员占2.4%,检验人员占0.9%,无专业技术人员占0.9%;医(药、护、技)士占82.1%,医(药、护、技)师占28.6%,无职称者占1.2%;大专占52.4%,中专占34.5%,本科占11.9%,无医学学历者占1.2%。村卫生人员乡村医生占91.5%,执业(助理)医师占8.5%;中专占75.2%,大专9.3%,无医学学历者占15.5%;平均月均收入740元。结论三穗县乡村卫生人员短缺;专业素质偏低,结构不合理;村卫生人员基本待遇有待提高。
Objective To understand the status quo of health teams in San Sui County and Guizhou Province. Methods In August 2010, a total of 213 health workers from 10 township health centers and 123 village health clinics in Sansui County, Guizhou Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province were surveyed. Results On average, 8.4 people were employed in township hospitals, 0.43 in township hospitals for every 1,000 agricultural population, 0.74 in rural doctors and hygienists per village, and 0.66 in rural areas for doctors and health workers per 1,000 rural population, significantly lower than the average level in Guizhou Province. Townships 58.9% were practicing assistant doctors in hospitals, 20.2% were practicing doctors, 16.7% were registered nurses, 2.4% were pharmacists, 0.9% were inspectors, and 0.9% were non-professional technicians. The number of doctors, Accounting for 82.1%, medical (medicine, nursing, technology) division accounted for 28.6%, no job title accounted for 1.2%; college accounted for 52.4%, secondary school accounted for 34.5%, undergraduate accounted for 11.9%, no medical education accounted for 1.2%. Village health workers accounted for 91.5% of village doctors, practicing (assistant) doctors accounted for 8.5%; secondary specialized 75.2%, tertiary 9.3%, 15.5% without medical education; average monthly average income of 740 yuan. Conclusions Shortage of rural health workers in Sansui County; low professional quality and irrational structure; the basic treatment of village health workers needs to be improved.
