铁酸镧(LaFeO3)是一种典型的具有钙钛矿(ABO3)结构的稀土复合金属氧化物,由于具有稳定的晶体结构、独特的电磁、催化和气敏性等特点,因此它在电学、磁学和传感器等领域都有着广泛的应用前景而成为国内外研究的热点。此外,LaFeO3还是少数的同时具有反铁磁性和铁电性的单相多铁材料之一,在信息存储、磁传感器和自旋电子器件等方面都有潜在的应用前景。本文综述了LaFeO3薄膜的结构及性能、制备工艺的研究进展,并展望了LaFeO3薄膜研究趋势。
LaFeO3 is a typical rare earth composite metal oxide with perovskite (ABO3) structure. Due to its stable crystal structure, unique electromagnetic, catalytic and gas sensitivities, LaFeO3 is widely used in electrical and magnetic Learning and sensor fields have a wide range of applications and become the focus of research at home and abroad. It has potential applications in information storage, magnetic sensors and spintronic devices. In this paper, the structure, properties and preparation of LaFeO3 thin films are reviewed. The research trends of LaFeO3 thin films are also discussed.
