人物档案曹淑敏,1967年出生,1992年毕业于北京航空航天大学电子工程系,获硕士学位,现任信息产业部电信研究院副院长、教授级高级工程师,国家“863”计划信息技术领域专家委员会委员。她肯于钻研,勇于探索,在通信科研、组织、管理等方面做了大量富有成效的工作,做出了突出贡献。曾获得国家科技进步奖2次,部级科技进步奖10次,并在国内外权威杂志上发表学术论文50余篇。2000年以来,荣获多项国家和部委授予的荣誉称号,其中:2001年获中国科协授予的“全国优秀科技工作者”称号;

Currently, he is the vice dean of the Telecommunications Research Institute of the Ministry of Information Industry, a professor-level senior engineer, the national “863” program information technology Field Expert Committee.
