目的了解托幼机构卫生消毒质量状况,为提高托幼机构消毒工作质量提供数据支持。方法通过回顾性分析方法,对苏州市吴江区32家托幼机构卫生消毒质量监测结果进行统计分析。结果该区托幼机构卫生消毒质量总体合格率为93.11%。2012-2014年各年度监测合格率分别为94.00%、97.55%和88.96%。室内空气、物体表面和餐饮具消毒质量合格率均达到94.00%以上,但幼教人员手卫生质量合格率仅76.87%。省市级优质园消毒质量合格率均达到90.00%以上,普通合格园的合格率为79.17%。结论吴江区托幼机构消毒质量整体较好,应当加强幼教人员手卫生管理。
Objective To understand the quality of sanitation and disinfection in kindergartens and nurseries and to provide data support for improving the disinfection quality in nurseries. Methods The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the results of health disinfection monitoring of 32 nurseries in Wujiang District, Suzhou City. Results The overall qualification rate of sanitation and disinfection in this area was 93.11%. The annual pass rates for 2012-2014 were 94.00%, 97.55% and 88.96% respectively. Indoor air, surface and tableware disinfection quality pass rate reached 94.00% or more, but preschool teachers hand hygiene quality pass rate of only 76.87%. Disinfection quality of provincial and municipal high-quality garden pass rate reached 90.00%, the pass rate of 79.7% of ordinary qualified garden. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in nurseries in Wujiang District is generally good, and hand hygiene management of preschool education staff should be strengthened.
