膀胱癌诊断治疗指南是欧洲泌尿外科学会(EAU)制订的泌尿外科肿瘤诊治指南之一,并经EAU肿瘤外科工作组批准,于2005年在土耳其伊斯坦布尔召开的年会上通过。提出了①浅表性膀胱肿瘤的分期、特点及其治疗和组织学诊断标准及预后因素;②肌肉浸润以及转移性肿瘤的分期、组织分级标准;③局部肿瘤的诊断、分期和治疗标准;④转移性疾病的治疗;⑤根治性膀胱切除术后的尿流改道;⑥治愈性治疗后的随访标准。
Guideline for diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer is one of urological diagnosis and treatment guidelines developed by the European Urological Association (EAU). It was approved by the EAU Oncological Surgery Working Group and passed at the annual meeting held in Istanbul, Turkey in 2005. Proposed ① staging of superficial bladder tumor, characteristics and treatment and histological diagnostic criteria and prognostic factors; ② muscle infiltration and metastatic tumor staging, tissue grading standards; ③ local tumor diagnosis, staging and treatment criteria; ④ Treatment of metastatic disease; ⑤ Urinary diversion after radical cystectomy; ⑥ Follow-up criteria after curative treatment.
