深入了解了煤样制备及阻化机理,阐述了阻化煤样的制备流程,提出利用红外分析仪、气相色谱仪等设备来检查煤样的方法。选择以高锰酸钾、双氧水、过硫酸钠为代表的阻化剂对煤样进行处理,并配置同层次的参考煤样,同时采取阶梯式程序升温氧化法和傅里叶红外变换测试方法,分析煤样阻化处理后的红外谱图和实验数据,研究煤样中酸类、活性官能团、亚甲基等成分的变化,分析阻化剂对自燃效果的影响程度。实践证明煤样经过过硫酸钠阻化处理后防自燃效果显著,通过减少相邻羧酸、亚甲基数量来降低CO量,降低煤炭活性,达到防止煤炭自燃的效果。

The changes of acid, reactive functional group, methylene and other components in the coal sample were studied. The influence of the retardant on the spontaneous combustion was analyzed. It has been proved that the coal sample has a significant anti-spontaneous combustion effect after being treated with sodium persulfate, and the amount of CO adjacent to the carboxylic acid and the methylene group can be decreased to reduce the amount of CO and the coal activity so as to prevent spontaneous combustion of the coal.
