[目的]对创建健康促进学校的学生进行了相关健康知识和行为知晓情况的基线调查,并进行效果评价。[方法]采用整群抽样,干预前后对学生、教师等进行问卷调查和定性调查。[结果]干预后学生的相关知识知晓率提高了近9.97%,健康行为形成率提高了近5%。但是创建工作在社区互动、切入点的选择等方面还存在缺陷。[结论]健康促进学校的创建活动对提高学生健康素质是有效的。
[Objective] To conduct a baseline survey on health knowledge and behavior awareness among students who created health promotion schools and evaluate their effects. [Methods] Using cluster sampling, questionnaire and qualitative survey of students and teachers before and after intervention. [Results] The rate of awareness of related knowledge increased by nearly 9.97% and the rate of formation of healthy behavior increased by nearly 5% after intervention. However, there are still some shortcomings in creating work such as community interaction and selection of entry points. [Conclusion] The establishment of health promotion school is effective in improving students’ health quality.
