对变形链球菌遗传型Ⅰ型 mutans JBP 和Ⅲ型 sobrinus6715的产酸性和耐酸性进行了实验研究。发现两种菌在4种糖的各个培养液中经24小时的终末 pH 均能达5.0,Ⅲ型6715产生的有机酸总量显著高于Ⅰ型 JBP(P<0.01)。在相差0.5 pH,从 pH 3.5到 pH 8.0的系列培养液中,经24小时的终末pH和细菌生长量表明,在酸性环境中.变链Ⅲ型6715继续降低 pH 的能力和生长总量都大于变链Ⅰ型 JBP(P<0.05)。以上结果提示,变链Ⅲ型 sobrinus 以其很强的产酸和耐酸性能,对龋病的活跃性可能有重要作用。
The acidogenicity and acid resistance of Streptococcus mutans type I mutans JBP and type III sobrinus6715 were studied. It was found that the final pH of both strains reached 5.0 after 24 hours in each medium of 4 kinds of sugars. The total amount of organic acids produced by type Ⅲ 6715 was significantly higher than that of type Ⅰ JBP (P <0.01). In a series of media differing by 0.5 pH from pH 3.5 to pH 8.0 over 24 hours of terminal pH and bacterial growth showed that in an acidic environment variant chain 6715 continues to decrease pH both in capacity and in total growth Greater than the variable chain Ⅰ type JBP (P <0.05). The above results suggest that variable chain type III sobrinus may play an important role in the cariogenic activity due to its strong acid-producing and acid-resistant properties.
