万年青又叫白沙车,冬不凋草、铁扁担,是百合科万年青属的多年生常绿草本植物。万年青无地上茎,具短粗的根状茎,节处有多数纤维根,株高50～60cm。叶丛生,深绿色,阔披针形,全缘,草质,边缘呈微波状,平行叶脉,叶先端急尖,基部渐狭呈柄状。叶长25～30cm,宽5crn。花葶从叶丛中抽出,高10～20cm,花期6～7月份,短穗状花序顶生,簇生淡绿色或白色小花。
Evergreen, also known as white sand car, winter withered grass, iron pole, is a liliaceous family of evergreen perennial evergreen herbs. Evergreen without ground stems, with short stout rhizomes, sections have the majority of fiber roots, plant height 50 ~ 60cm. Leaves clustered, dark green, broadly lanceolate, entire, herbaceous, margins were microwavelike, parallel veins, leaf apex acute, basally attenuate to a stalked shape. Leaf length 25 ~ 30cm, width 5crn. Scape drawn from the leaves, high 10 ~ 20cm, florescence 6-7 months, short spikes end, clustered pale green or white flowers.
