本文对溴氰徽乳剂新剂型进行了急性毒性及致突变实验,结果显示:该剂对大鼠急性经口LD_(50)为5333mg/kg,微核实验及Aems＇实验结果为阴性,表明该剂对人畜十分安全。
In this paper, acute toxicity and mutagenicity experiments were carried out on the new formulations of cyanogen bromide emblem. The results showed that the acute toxicity and mutagenicity test showed that the agent was 5333mg / kg, the micronucleus test and Aems’ experimental results were negative, The agent is very safe for humans and animals.
