我国水球项目已冲出亚洲,连续两届进军奥运会行列,在水上运动项目中具有相当的水平。但从事该运动项目的人员却极其有限,并有继续下降的趋势。本文运用社会学的研究方法,围绕水球运动员的职业心理范围进行研究,并提供决策信息和管理对策。通过研究,掌握和了解水球运动员的职业心理倾向,设计了测量水球运动员职业心理倾向量表,对我国全部优秀水球运动员进行测试分析,以帮助我国水球教练员及其管理人员了解我国水球运动员的职业心理特点,以便在训练中因势利导,因材施教。
China’s water polo project has been out of Asia, for two consecutive entry into the ranks of the Olympic Games, water sports have a considerable level. However, the number of people engaged in the sport is extremely limited and there is a continuing downward trend. In this paper, sociological research methods, focusing on the professional psychological range of water polo players to study and provide decision-making information and management strategies. Through studying, mastering and understanding the occupation psychology tendency of the water polo players, this paper designs a measuring scale of the water polo players occupation psychology, and tests and analyzes all the elite water polo players in our country so as to help our water polo coaches and their managers understand the profession of our country water polo players Psychological characteristics, in order to make the best use of training, individualized.
