前言冷芯盒制芯新工艺是在60年代后期试验成功并投入生产的,美国、西德大部份铸造厂都已采用冷芯盒,有些工厂冷芯盒制芯的比例已占80~90%。我国从1973年起,上海机制工艺研究所,南通农药厂,以及有关院校、工厂、科研单位,先后进行了冷硬树脂砂制芯的试验研究工作,都在不同程度上取得了一定的进展。近年来有关厂所共同研制投产的F70型树脂粘结剂,是一种酸固化的冷硬呋喃树脂。它在造船、机车车辆和机床制造等部门的中大件复杂型芯的生产中,已获得较好的技术经济效果。但是,这种冷硬树脂砂在工艺上也存在着可使用时间及开盒时间之间的矛盾。为了解决这个矛盾,本文介绍了用糖浆作延缓剂,用膨润土、糊精、普通粘土等粉状附加物来提高自硬砂的湿态强度,从而缩短制芯时的开盒时间,并对这种树脂砂的高温热压强度、热压变形量、发气性和溃散性等,和桐油砂进行了系统
Foreword Cold-box process is the core of new technology in the late 60’s successful trial and put into production, most of the foundry in the West, Germany have adopted the cold-box, some factory cold-box core ratio has accounted for 80 to 90 %.
