对42例外伤性白内障行现代囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术。随访3－36月，平均19．5月。矫正视力≥1．0者占28．6％，≥0．5者占52．4％。对外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术的病例选择、手术时机。手术技巧和术后并发症的处理进行了简要讨论。强调严格掌握适应证，术中对并发症的适当处理，可减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率。
Forty - two traumatic cataract patients underwent extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Follow-up 3-36 months, an average of 19.5 months. Corrected visual acuity ≥ 1.0 accounted for 28.6%, ≥ 0.5 accounted for 52.4%. Case selection of traumatic cataract intraocular lens implantation and operation timing. Surgical techniques and postoperative complications were briefly discussed. Emphasize the strict indications, appropriate treatment of complications during surgery, can reduce postoperative complications and improve the success rate of surgery.
