目的研究西维美林对去涎腺大鼠龋齿的预防作用。方法48只SD大鼠,♀,随机分成3组:即不手术,作为阴性对照;手术去除颌下腺和舌下腺;手术去除颌下腺、舌下腺和腮腺,作为阳性对照组。术后7d,上述3组每组随机选出一半数量的大鼠给予西维美林(60mg·kg-1·d-1,po)。所有大鼠人工接种茸毛链球菌6715,给予致龋饲料和任意饮用蔗糖水。28d后,按龋齿评分评定龋齿状况。结果去除颌下腺和舌下腺并给予西维美林的大鼠,龋齿评分低于未给药组,结果有显著性差异。结论西维美林对部分去除涎腺大鼠龋齿有预防作用。
Objective To study the preventive effect of simemeline on dental caries in salivary gland rats. Methods Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: no operation and negative control. The submandibular gland and sublingual gland were removed by surgery. The submandibular gland, sublingual gland and parotid gland were removed by surgery. At 7 days after operation, half of the rats in each group were randomly assigned to receive simemeline (60 mg · kg -1 · d -1, po). All rats were artificially inoculated with Streptococcus sobrinus 6715 to give cariogenic diets and to drink sucralose free. After 28 days, dental caries status was assessed by caries score. Results In the rats with submandibular gland and sublingual gland given with svmeline, the scores of dental caries were lower than those of the untreated group, and the results were significantly different. Conclusion Ximeverin can prevent partial caries in salivary gland rats.
