辽宁省图书馆学会现行章程于1985年10月10日在第二次会员代表大会上通过。经过五年多的实践证明,原章程,基本上符合我省图书馆界的实际情况,在团结全省图书馆工作者,促进全省图书馆学研究和图书馆事业的发展中起到了积极作用。随着我国政治经济形势的迅速发展以及学会建设的需要,对省学会的章程应作必要的补充和修改。现遵照中国图书馆学会章程原则,参照各市学会及会员小组所提的意见,以及社团管理部门的有关规定对现行章程提出修改初稿,请审议。
The current constitution of Liaoning Provincial Library Society was passed on the 10th member congress on October 10, 1985. After more than five years of practice, the original charter basically meets the actual situation of the library community in our province and plays an active role in uniting the library workers throughout the province, promoting the development of library science and library in the province . With the rapid development of political and economic situation in our country and the need of learning to build, the constitution of Provincial Institute should be supplemented and amended as necessary. Now follow the principles of the Chinese Library Association constitution, with reference to the views of the City Association and the members of the group, as well as the relevant provisions of the social management department proposed amendments to the current draft constitution, please consider.
