为顺应城轨交通运营管理行业发展要求,培养兼具专业基础知识、实践能力和创新能力的应用型人才,有必要于实践教学中引入企业工作理念,遵循企业外部战略环境,企业内部文化的特征,将职业素养、职业技能纳入高职教育教学工作。本文根据城轨交通运营公司岗位需求,结合专业特点,探讨了教学实践中经验,旨在探索适合城轨运营管理专业的统计基础与实务课程教学方法,体现职业特色,提高教学效果。
