复脉系列诸方除“复脉强心”功效外,另一重要共性即“滋阴”,在此共性基础上,又各有个性。复脉汤中有参、桂、姜等一组益气温阳药,即益气滋阴;加减复脉汤去参、桂、姜、枣加白芍,专主滋阴;一甲复脉汤于加减复脉汤中去麻仁加牡蛎,旨在滋阴兼收敛;阴虚则难免阳亢,故有二甲、三甲复脉汤和大定风珠滋阴潜阳。 有资料表明人体阴阳与微量元素锌、锰密切相关,为了探讨复脉诸方滋阴共性及各派生个性的机理所在,对各复方及单味药中锌、锰元素含量进行测定,报道如下。
