汽轮机转子暂态温度场及弹塑性直力场的研究是机组寿命管理的重要内容。转子应力计算中的弹性理论已不能适应这一课题的研究、计算。要真实地反映转子的应力应变水平及寿命消耗状况,则必须把问题视为弹塑性范畴来解决。本文利用伽略金方法建立求解热传导问题的基本方程式,并用有限元素法进行求解。在此基础上完成了可用于工程实际计算的FORTRAN程序。
The research of turbine rotor transient temperature field and elastoplastic straight force field is an important part of unit life management. The theory of elasticity in rotor stress calculation can not adapt to the research and calculation of this subject. To truly reflect the stress and strain level of the rotor and the life-consuming state, we must regard the problem as a category of elastic-plastic solution. In this paper, the basic equations for solving the heat conduction problem are established by using the Galerkin method and solved by finite element method. On this basis, the FORTRAN program, which can be used for actual engineering calculation, has been completed.
