随着土木建筑工程向大型化、群体化发展以及城市改造向高层、超高层建筑发展,各种类型的灌注桩的使用愈来愈多。但单一工艺的灌注桩往往满足不了上述发展的要求,以泥浆护壁法钻、冲孔灌注桩为例,由于成孔工艺的固有缺陷(桩端沉渣和桩侧泥膜的存在),导致桩端阻力和桩侧阻力显著降低。为了消除桩端沉渣和桩周泥膜等隐患,国内外把地基处理灌浆技术引用到桩基,采取对桩端(孔底)及桩侧(孔壁)实施压力注浆措施。近30年来这2项技术在我国得到广泛的应用与发展。
