针对EPA与基金会现场总线(FF)现场设备间互操作的问题,通过对其设备描述语言和功能块的分析,提出了EPA与FF H1跨网段互操作的系统模型,目的是实现两个协议设备之间的互连与互通。经过网关的协议转换功能,EPA上位机组态软件可以监视FF H1设备的运行状态,并且可以将EPA与FF H1设备中功能块跨网段组态,实现不同网段设备间的信息交互。通过了互操作测试,结论表明本系统可以实现EPA与FF H1设备间互操作,并且有很完备的功能,可以很好的促进EPA的市场应用。
Aiming at the interoperability between EPA and FOUNDATION fieldbus (FF) field devices, a system model of interoperability between EPA and FF H1 across subnet is proposed by analyzing its device description language and function blocks. The aim is to achieve two Protocol interconnection and interoperability between devices. After the protocol conversion function of the gateway, the EPA host configuration software can monitor the operating status of the FF H1 device and configure the function blocks in the EPA and the FF H1 device to cross-segment to realize the information exchange among the devices in different network segments. Passed the interoperability test, the conclusion shows that the system can realize the interoperability between the EPA and the FF H1 device, and has a complete function, which can well promote the EPA market application.
