耳鼻喉动力系统切吸管清洗消毒方法的改进

目的寻求耳鼻喉动力系统切吸管最佳清洗消毒方法。方法对2015年5-10月医院使用后的374件动力系统切吸管进行清洗消毒,分析比较采用传统方法与改进方法清洗效果的差异。结果改进后的186采用改进方法的动力系统切吸管清洗合格率为98.9%,明显高于改进前的75.0%。结论改进后的流程安全高效,清洗消毒质量显著提高,有利于消除医院感染隐患,降低动力系统循环使用中的风险,确保医疗质量。 Objective To search for the best cleaning and disinfection method for ear, nose and throat power system pipette. Methods A total of 374 power system pipettes from May to October in 2015 were cleaned and disinfected. The differences between the traditional method and the improved method were analyzed. Results After the improvement, the passing rate of power system suction pipe cleaning with the improved method was 98.9%, which was significantly higher than the 75.0% before the improvement. Conclusion The improved process is safe and efficient, the quality of cleaning and disinfection is significantly improved, which is beneficial to eliminate hidden dangers of hospital infection, reduce the risk of power system recycle, and ensure the quality of medical care.
