黄土高原光热资源丰富,光温生产潜力大,但降水少而季节分配不匀,因而严重限制了作物产量的提高。旱地作物水分来源于有限的降水,如何充分接纳降水,合理利用土壤水分资源是保证和提高旱作农业生产水平的关键。科学研究和生产实践证明,黄土高原深厚疏松的壤质土体,犹如一个巨大的蓄水库,具有保蓄水分和对作物供水的调节功能。对干旱半干旱地区由于降水年际和季节间分配不匀所造成的大气干旱能起到有效的缓解作用。
The light and heat resources in the Loess Plateau are abundant, and the potential for light and temperature production is large. However, the precipitation is less and the season is unevenly distributed, which severely limits the increase of crop yield. The dry crop water comes from the limited precipitation. How to fully absorb the precipitation and make rational use of soil water resources are the key to ensure and improve the level of dry farming. Scientific research and production practice have proved that loess plateau deep loosen loamy soil, like a huge reservoir, with the preservation of water and crop water supply regulation. Arid and semi-arid areas can be effectively mitigated by atmospheric droughts caused by uneven distribution of annual and seasonal precipitation.
