社会崇廉体系是国家廉政体系的重要构成部分,也是国家廉政体系得以构建与运行的社会基础。构建社会崇廉体系可以消除腐败的社会根源,拓展源头反腐,破解体制内反腐困境和实现反腐模式转型。本文以杭州为例,提出构建我国社会崇廉体系的基本框架,并在分析杭州经验与问题基础上,提出推进我国社会崇廉体系建设的具体路径。
The system of social worship of honesty is an important component part of the country’s clean government system and also the social basis for the establishment and operation of the country’s clean government system. The construction of social Chonglian system can eliminate the social roots of corruption, expand the source anti-corruption, crack down on the anti-corruption plight within the system and realize the anti-corruption mode transformation. Taking Hangzhou as an example, this paper puts forward the basic frame of building a social scrutiny system in our country. Based on the analysis of Hangzhou experience and problems, this paper puts forward the concrete path of promoting the construction of social scrutiny system in our country.
