一九六六年一月生于黑龙江。中国书法家协会理事、中国书协评审委员会委员、中国书协培训中心教授、黑龙江省书法家协会驻会副主席兼秘书长、黑龙江省书协创作评审委员会主任、篆刻委员会主任、《书法赏评》社长、《中国书法》刊授教授、黑龙江省政协委员、黑龙江省文联委员、黑龙江省青联常委。书法、篆刻作品入展国家级大展四十余次,获中国书协举办的全国首届正书大展优秀作品奖,一九九八首届兰亭奖优秀作品奖,黑龙江省文艺精品工程奖,绍兴市人民政府颁发的『王羲之书法奖』、全国篆刻展银奖等。出任中国书协主办的『全国首届青年书法展』评委。曾在哈尔滨、漳州、日本盛冈、韩国釜山举办个展、联展。曾出访日本、韩国交流书艺。著有《高庆春书法篆刻集》、《高庆春篆刻选》、《高庆春书法艺术》。中央电视台、《中国书法》、《书法》、《书与画》、《书法导报》等曾专题介绍。作品被中南海、毛主席纪念堂收藏。
Born in Heilongjiang in January 1966. Chinese Calligraphers Association, China Calligraphers Committee, China Calligraphy Association Training Center, Heilongjiang Province Calligraphers Association Vice Chairman and Secretary-General, Heilongjiang Province, the Association of Publishers Committee of judges, cutting board director, “Calligraphy Review ”President,“ Chinese Calligraphy, ”Professor, Heilongjiang Province CPPCC members, members of Heilongjiang Province Federation of Literature, Heilongjiang Province Youth Standing Committee. Calligraphy and seal cutting works have been exhibited in more than 40 national-level exhibitions and won the first prize of the National Excellent Book Exhibition Prize held by the China Association for Calligraphers, the outstanding works prize of the Lanting Pavilion in 1998, the fine arts award of Heilongjiang Province, Shaoxing Municipal People’s Government issued the “Wang Xizhi Calligraphy Award”, the National Seal Carving Silver Award and so on. As the China Calligrapher sponsored the “National First Youth Calligraphy Exhibition” judges. In Harbin, Zhangzhou, Morioka, Japan, Busan, South Korea held a solo exhibition, exhibition. Have visited Japan, South Korea exchange art book. Author of “Gaoqing spring calligraphy and seal cutting set”, “Gao Qingchun seal selection”, “Gao Qingchun calligraphy art.” CCTV, “Chinese calligraphy”, “calligraphy”, “Book and Painting”, “Calligraphy Herald” and other special presentation. Works by Zhongnanhai, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall collection.
