对比研究了克山病病区与非病区人体血硒(Se)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性,红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能。血清RCIA调节功能和循环免疫复合物(CIC)含量。结果表明:克山病病区人体血硒含量和红细胞C3b受体(RC3bR)花环率明显低于非病区,血清RCIA抑制率明显高于非病区,病区人体的免疫复合物(IC)花环率、RCIA促进率和血清CIC含量与非病区人体均无明显差异
The selenium content, glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activity and erythrocyte immune adhesion (RCIA) function of Keshan disease patients and non-disease patients were compared. Serum RCIA regulatory function and circulating immune complex (CIC) content. The results showed that the selenium content of human blood and erythrocyte C3b receptor (RC3bR) in Keshan disease area were significantly lower than those in non-disease area, and the inhibition rate of serum RCIA was significantly higher than that in non-disease area.
