面对当前竞争激烈的市场环境,高职院校因为为企业、社会培养实践应用型人才而越来越受到家长们的欢迎。然而,高职院校中也分为三年制高职院校和五年制高职院校,这两者间由于招生的年龄阶段以及学生的基础水平的不同,造成了他们的管理模式也必然存在很大的差别,需要针对各自的特征树立差别化的管理模式,文章基于这个背景对高职院校三年制和五年制大专管理模式进行比较研究,希望能够更好的指导实践。
Facing the current highly competitive market environment, higher vocational colleges are more and more welcomed by parents because of cultivating practical talents for enterprises and society. However, the higher vocational colleges are also divided into three-year vocational colleges and five-year vocational colleges. Due to the difference in the age of enrollment and the basic level of students, their management mode There must exist a great difference. It is necessary to establish a differentiated management model for each of these characteristics. Based on this background, the article makes a comparative study on the management modes of three-year and five-year colleges in higher vocational colleges and hopes to guide their practice better.
