根据新课标的要求,要发挥学生的主体教学,要给学生营造一种良好的学习氛围,要激发学生的学习积极性、主动性和创造性。为此,我们作为小学数学教师要一改传统的那种教师为主的教学方式,废弃传统的填鸭式教学,要研究新课标的内容,挖掘教材,领会作者意图,坚持以学生为主体的原则,应用新的教学理念,去创造良好的学习环境,就会提高小学数学的课堂教学效率。下面就结合自己的教学实践谈谈对这一问题的尝试。一、营造良好的学习氛围
